Dear Friends and Benefactors,

First of all, I wish to share with you the joy of the private audience that His Holiness Pope Francis granted me last Thursday 15 April, at 11.00 am, in the Library of the Apostolic Palace.

As you can see in the photos, it was a very relaxed meeting during which I gave the 2021 Nolite Timere Calendar to the Holy Father. He seemed very pleased and interested in our work for the children of Rwanda, sponsored by His venerated predecessor Saint John Paul II.

During the audience, I had the opportunity to talk to him about the Nazareth Village that the Nolite Timere Association, thanks to the precious contribution of our benefactors, helps to support. Thanks to the subscription of long distance adoptions, in fact, we are able to provide for the education of numerous orphans and children in need.

Pope Francis encouraged the initiative and participated in the Apostolic Blessing to the members, volunteers, benefactors, staff and, above all, the children of the Nazareth Village in Mbare (Rwanda).
