Donors give their help in order to let us achieve our goals. This is the reason why they have to be sure that their money will be used to achieve our statutory goals.

 

  1. AIMS TO ACHIEVE. Donors can demand us to demonstrate them that their money will be used properly, according to the aims set in our Statute.
  2. TRANSPARENCY AND INFORMATION ABOUT OUR CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS. Donors must receive complete and correct informations about:
  • Our operative base, its Exevutive Board, Personnel and Volunteers.
  • Our mission.
  1. TRANSPARENCY AND COMPLETE INFORMATION ABOUT OUR INITIATIVES. Donors must receive complete and correct information about:
  • Purposes and times of realization
  • Final results of their and our efforts.
  1. AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION. Donors can go through the annual report of the Nolite Timere.
  2. PARTICIPATION TO THE ACTIVITIES OF THE NOLITE TIMERE. Donors can express their own considerations about the Nolite Timere’s activities, as well as exercise their statutory rights in order to take part to the election of President and members of the Executive Board.
  3. Donors’will must be respected. They cannot be forced to donate through the use of pressures, solicitations or deceiving advertising.
  4. DATA PROTECTION. Donors must have their data protected. Their personal data must be used just to pursue Nolite Timere’s aims. Donors’ personal data cannot be communicated to other public or private charitable institutions. Anyway, donors can ask for the cancellation of their personal data in any moment.
  5. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF DONATIONS. Donors must receive gratitude for their donations.
  6. INDEPENDENCE AND NO DISCRIMINATION. Donors must be sure that their donations be used in order to pursue the Nolite Timere’s statutory aims, with no ideological or political conditioning and no discriminations based on sex race or religious belief.
